introduction
In this section I'll share material relating to healthy living . In particular I'll focus on a) the role of nutrition and exercise in our lives and b) how we relate to each on a daily basis. Science has taught us a lot over the past several decades about disease, nutrition and being healthy and happy.
In nutrition a disturbing discovery is that the "western diet" is making many of us a lot sicker. The good news though is that through an understanding of the role of nutrition and exercise we can be very healthy and can even reverse the effects of damaging diseases. We can feel better about ourselves and perform better in our play, work and in school.
I also believe that we need to do more at school to learn how to work together and be supportive of each other. We all want to be coming to a school where we are supported and not threatened.
